The destination guide pages do not run analytics, advertising pixels, a newsletter signup or a contact form. Ordinary server requests may be recorded for operation and security.
Accounts and business enquiries
The linked directory uses the shared Webrixa account system. Account, business and enquiry details are stored in the platform. An enquiry is visible to the traveller and the listing’s business owner. Do not include sensitive information in enquiry messages.
External links
Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. Photos are served locally; opening these pages does not require contacting a photo host.
Before public launch
The website owner’s contact details, final retention periods and data-rights process will be confirmed in the public launch policy.
Profiles, reviews and the community
Your public profile is optional. If enabled, your display name, photo and bio can accompany reviews and posts; login email is not included. Hotel and tour reviews become public after moderation. Community stories, photos and comments are visible to signed-in members.
Trips and planning requests
Trip dates, budgets, guests and personal notes are private. Sending a planning request makes the saved trip available to authorised planning staff. An enabled itinerary link shares the saved title, destinations and day-by-day descriptions with anyone holding that link. You can revoke the link from the trip editor.
Company staff
Company owners supply an invitation email and select access. Staff must sign in with that email and accept the invitation. Invitation emails and private company enquiries are not published.
